1 Putnam Ave
1 Putnam is an 8-story mixed use ground up new construction building that spans over 40,000 square feet. The building is currently under construction in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The building consists of 41 residential units and over 7,000 square feet of commercial space. RAAD designed the mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems for this new development. As part of the HVAC design, RAAD worked closely with NYC’s Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) to ensure the ventilation design met OER’s requirements.
