Nickey Kehoe

Located a couple blocks from Washington Square Park within Greenwich Village, this two-story commercial space was transformed into a 4,000-square-foot retail space for home furnishings. RAAD provided full-scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the space. Each floor is artfully designed to resemble rooms in a home, showcasing custom furniture collections alongside vintage objects, lighting, and modern accessories. Working in conjunction with the Client and the architect, RAAD integrated MEP elements into the design of the space to achieve a cohesive appearance.
